What is coaching?
Having coaching means starting from where you are now and identifying where you want to be and creating a positive end goal. This is done either face to face or via telephone – both are equally successful. As your coach I will work with you to find something that really matters to you and will make a big difference to your life when you achieve it. I will work with you to ensure it is achievable and realistic and it is something that YOU want.
I will be alongside you keeping you motivated by setting you a series of smaller goals you can achieve along the way to help you to reach your ultimate end goal.
